I work with work-from-home fathers who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more physically present in their lives, without turning fitness into another source of stress.

This is in-home, one-to-one coaching, designed around real schedules, limited time, and long-term health rather than short-term intensity.

How The Coaching Works

I don’t offer one-off sessions. Meaningful physical change needs consistency, so all coaching begins with an 8-12 commitment, training twice per week. This provides enough time to build strength, confidence, and habits that last.

What to Expect from Sessions

Sessions are calm, focussed, and practical:

  • Strength and movement tailored to your body and history.

  • Progressive training without ego or extremes.

  • Sessions designed to fit into your working day.

This is not hype coaching. It’s structure, accountability, and sustainable steady progress.

Pricing and Availability

  • £160 - £200 per week (two in-home sessions per week).

  • Billed monthly.

  • Limited availability within South West London.
